Authorization: By submitting a purchase to Ethos Reports, LLC, you certify that the driver's license number, social security number, and any other information that you provide to us is your own. You understand that if you submit the information of any individual other than yourself, you may be subject to severe penalties under applicable federal and state law. Ethos Reports, LLC agrees that it will not sell or disclose the information given for any purpose except to access the records through the course of our Background Investigation, and except as required by state or federal law.

Information Accuracy: Ethos Reports, LLC assumes no responsibility for charges incurred, lost revenue, nor actual, compensatory, incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind in connection with the information supplied through this site. Without limitation of the foregoing, Ethos Reports, LLC is not responsible for communication problems, process delays compensatory, duplicate requests, errors in transmission, program or equipment failures, incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind due to errors in customer input, or schedule changes. Without limitation of the foregoing disclaimer, in no event shall Ethos Reports, LLC's liability exceed the charges actually billed to you by Ethos Reports, LLC.

Recipt Policy: In ordering the Ethos Report, you agree to pay half of the cost quoted to you initially, followed by the remaining half of the balance upon receipt of the product. Once you have submitted all information requested of you to Ethos Reports, LLC, including the documents requiring a wet signature, you will then have a response made available to you in a timely manner. Depending on the extent of your Background Investigation, the time to complete the Ethos Report may vary.

Customer Satisfaction: Ethos Reports, LLC strives for total customer satisfaction with the Ethos Report product. If there are any complaints in the handling of the process or the results, please contact us for our Customer satisfaction policy.

Service Agreement: In ordering the Ethos Report, you agree to abide by all applicable local, state and federal laws with regard to the conditions of Ethos Reports, LLC, and will not share this information with any third parties or distribute it publicly.
