Michael T. Fraser, Esq., Co-Founder

Michael is a graduate of Stetson University with a B.A. in English, and a 2009 cum laude graduate from the Nova Southeastern University's School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Nova Law Review and competed for the Moot Court Society. Michael is licensed to practice law in Florida and California and is passionate about helping law students through the Bar Application process.

Steve Figliuolo, Co-Founder

Steve is a graduate of Stetson University with a B.B.A. degree in Business. He began his career as an all-lines claims adjuster and quickly specialized in handling workers compensation claims, utilizing various tools in the investigative sector to result in millions of dollars in claims savings for his clients. In 2008 Steve switched fields and focused his attention to analyzing claims and determining the need for investigative services on each unique file. Steve is a licensed Private Investigator, as well as a licensed public all-lines adjuster for Florida, Alabama, and South Carolina.

Kathryn Fraser, MBA, Director of Business Development

Kathryn has a B.B.A. degree in International Business and a Master's of Business Administration (M.B.A.). She has worked in various areas in the non-profit, governmental, and private sectors. Kathryn handles Ethos Reports's program development, student interaction, and internship program.
